Take Shape for Life

Take Shape for Life is not a magic pill, nor is it a "diet." It is a complete lifestyle program featuring great tasting meal replacements combined with the education and support of the TSFL team. It has been clinically proven to be safe and effective at reputable institutions like Johns Hopkins University.  Studies show that the average person lost 2-5 pounds per week without hunger, cravings, or loss of muscle tissue, while experiencing significant improvements in existing health issues, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.

On our program, people eat 5 Medifast meals per day - consisting of shakes, soups, oatmeal, bars, chili, etc. and one "Lean and Green" meal consisting of a lean protein (chicken, fish, or lean beef) and a salad or green vegetable.

This program has been recommended by over 20,000 doctors (of all specialties), since 1980.  There are specific programs designed for Teens, Seniors, Nursing Mothers, and people with Type II Diabetes and those taking Anticoagulants.

Our entire staff have continued their education and training and serve as Certified Health Coaches with TSFL.
